I’m a lover of day naps, apple crumble, and custard, custard first then the crumble sits on top… very important!
I’m a hopeless romantic, I love love and I plan to dance my way through life with two mini me’s by my side.
I have started to build roots in Kent but I am a South London girly, born and bred. However, family life, extortionate London house prices, and ‘a broom cupboard’ for a kitchen have helped me venture out a bit. So I moved right across the London borders and settled down in Kent, where my cute little pink home studio is set up ready to create beautiful bridal looks.

Who is aina.m?
"I am a Black Bridal Hair & Makeup Artist, a proud mama bear"
I did not grow up wanting to be a Bridal Hair and Makeup Artist.
I feel the job found me, as my degree is in criminology and criminal justice (I know, completely different right!) but working with youth offenders made me learn a lot about myself and my light bulb moment was that I’m in the wrong profession!! I worked a 9 to 5 while searching for a creative calling and after taking my first intensive course in hair and makeup 10 years ago,
I have not looked back.
I have two walking mortgages (aka an athletic son and a super confident daughter). They really are my best cheerleaders and my drive to keep going. Motherhood nearly took me down but as women, we push through and make it work and I would not change a thing.

Being there for you lovely brides suits my personality down to a tee. I’m a little chatty. I love being creative.
I love it when I’m surrounded by good loving vibes on a wedding morning. I mean who does not like being offered prosecco before noon
(not that I accept it, as I want your brows to be sisters and not long-distance cousins).
After each wedding, I come away with new experiences, expertise, and problem-solving skills that I can use at all my future weddings.
I am a people person and being in this positive love space with an amazing playlist going, while creating art on your beautiful canvas…
What more could I ask for from a career? I really do feel truly blessed.
