We are all ears! So that you can get the most out of your experience, we will ask you a few questions about your hair, skin and bridal vision so that we can work with you to perfect your look.
We are based in Dartford. Aina.M will travel to the Bride on her wedding day and assist with readying the Bride and the Bridal party at the requested venue. Aina.M covers areas such as London, South East London, Dartford, Crayford, Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Bromley, Orpington, Swanley, Greenwich, Dulwich, Blackheath, Lewisham, Greenwich, Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Northfleet. If you do not see the area that you require, please contact us to discuss your requirements, as we also cover destination weddings. |
To ensure that you have a smooth customer experience, firstly complete our Contact Form. You will then receive an invitation for a brief video call to discuss your requirements, followed by quotes for your trial and wedding day services.
– TO BOOK A TRIAL –
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to book your trial date and the remaining balance is due after your trial is complete.
– TO SECURE YOUR WEDDING DATE –
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required and the outstanding balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. The 25% will be deducted from your final balance.
Please be aware that your trial and/or wedding dates are not secure without payment of the 25% deposit for each service.
The booking fee can be paid by online bank transfer using secure Stripe payments. Unfortunately, your dates cannot be confirmed until the booking fee is received and your contact form is signed.

There is a minimum spend of £430 on your wedding day, please note that this does not include a trial or travel expenses.
We can create a Hair and or Makeup Pinterest board together to bring your vision and ideas to life at your trial . We will create a bridal hair and makeup up look that will leave you feeling confident and looking amazing.
All trials are located in Dartford.
Hair or makeup trials are 1 hour and 30 minutes each. A combined hair and makeup trial is 3 hours. If you have requested a trial, a mutually convenient time will be arranged. We will provide you with a Trial Preparation Guide so that you can get the most out of your experience.
If additional time is required for a trial, there will be an additional charge.
We advise that your trial should be booked between 6 months and 6 weeks before your wedding date. If you would like to have additional trials this can be arranged and will be chargeable.
Please contact us as soon as you are able. We may be able to reschedule your session, if we are notified early enough.
The booking fee is a non-refundable fee of 25% of your total bill but it can be transferred to other services depending, on the circumstances.
We allow plenty of time for your trial, so that we can design your look until you are happy. We are very open to discussion, if you do not like something, it’s always best to say it at your trial. so that we can redo that aspect. After all, that is the reason for your trial and you are the customer! |
Yes, we are available for destination weddings. Please take into account accommodation, flights to depart and return, transfers to and from the airport to your wedding location. A travel fee for non-working days will be included in your quote, if required, along with the bridal services that you requested.
Travel from Crayford to your location will incur a travel fee, this includes travel time, fuel, tolls, and parking costs. If the travel time is over 2 hours, accommodation will be included in your quote. |
All deposits are non refundable. Services can be added but not deducted. Please ask if you would like to add additional services to ensure we have the time capacity. All services are chargeable, even if they are cancelled. Please make sure of the service you will need before accepting your personalised quote and contract. |
Please contact us as soon as you are able, if your wedding has unfortunately been cancelled. We will work with you to reschedule the service for your new wedding date, if we still have availability.
The fee is to secure your trial and or wedding date to ensure that no other bookings are accepted. This fee also covers administrative costs and any hair, makeup and wedding advice given during this time.
If you need to change the date of your wedding to the following year, there will be a slight increase for the services. Please view our 2024 Price List. |
Simply complete our contact form. We do tend to get booked up far in advance especially in summer, but it is always worth checking our availability.
For large bridal parties, an additional stylist may be required to get you and your party beautified, in good time.
We only work with a select number of hand-picked stylists, who share a similar ethos, style, and work ethic. To secure them for your day, there is a fee of £100 per stylist or artist to cover travel and admin services.
If there are more than four hair and or makeup applications, we may need an additional stylist or artist. However, we will always agree to this with you in advance.
It also depends on the time that you need to get ready for and how happy you are with early mornings!
Yes, we will ensure that your makeup will be age-appropriate, that is whatever age you feel!!. At your trial, we will find the level of makeup you feel comfortable with and can adapt your makeup application to suit you. |
Yes, we are highly experienced in makeup application on all skin types and understand how to create shades to blend with your skin tone. The products in our makeup kit reflect this as this is what we have built our reputation on.
No, not at all. If you enquire about a product that we have used for your trial, we will advise, however, we do not sell products.
The only item that may need to be purchased is your preferred lip colour that will need touching up on the day. However, we will discuss this as part of your wedding day services.
We use a wide variety of products including well-known brands such as MAC, Charlotte Tilbury and Laura Mercier. If your skin is especially sensitive, please let us know beforehand, so that we can discuss what options we have available to us. This will also allow us to research and source the necessary products before your trial.
Keeping your bridal party safe is very important to us. We always operate to the highest level of cleanliness, especially when it comes to keeping our kit and area of work clean. |
